"Learn the intricacies inside the mind of a creative while you control a little being that doesn't quite know what it is or what its destination will be. Yet".

I short half novel, half puzzle game made for the Bitsy jam hosted by Adam Le Doux . Made with Bitsy!

This is my first fully finished and playable game ever and I had such a fun time working with Bitsy tools and limitations.

My only regret is to learn about hacks a little bit too late (the image to bitsy tool by ruin could've saved me  hours!)

Enjoy the game!!

PD; please tell me if you find any grammar mistake or bugs. Also, feel free to write your criticism down below! I would love to learn from you.  Also,  If you can/want tell me below how much time took you finish the game so I can make a play time estimate!

Hello guys! I just finished my second game on bitsy which is planned to be a far longer story, you can play it here!

This was a really nice little game, it took me around 8 minutes to finish it, I still tried to go back yet that door was well locked.
The puzzles were very cute and with a nice twist of dark with the fish, yet it was something made with passion which is what I liked the most.
I noticed you're starting to go into gamejams, if you're open to collaborating on a project id love to work on something new with your style.

Hey, thank you for the comment!

I like the idea of working together, right now I'm kind of busy with maybe too many projects at the same time, but maybe in the future

No worries! Whenever you're up for it!

I would sing this game's praises for just the character art alone, but it also had a very compelling story as well! And cute puzzles! Well done! 🎉

It took me almost exactly 10 minutes to play the game.

Thank you, is really nice to hear that. For some reason the process was really therapeutic for me, so I would love to do it again.

Thanks for playing!

ohhh wow this is incredible! really love how expressive all the characters are. excited to see more of your bitsy work, can't believe you didn't even use the image to bitsy hack!

Thank you! I really want to do more of this (maybe for a next jam?) I'm really happy because now that I know about that tool I'll be able to make longer/better bitsy games in the future!

this is charming and unique! I was really impressed by the artwork and the past/future switch idea

Thank you! I'm glad you like it!

this is so interesting.

Thanks! Good to know

i loved this!! the blue/yellow switch mechanic is so inventive. and the big animated sprites really blew me away. i can't believe you made those without any hacks :0

Oh, Thanks! I know... me neither haha. But now that I know them I'm ready to use hacks for the next bitsy jam!

Although I only know the one that lets you add images... I couldn't figure out how to use the one that allows you to have music... Oh well... hahaha

Gracias! Si todo sale bien dentro de poco voy a subir uno nuevo! Me alegra que te haya gustado

Really good game; I loved the combination of the large, strange character/creatures with the minimal rooms. Kind of had a surreal and slightly unnerving feel to it (in a good way!)

Yes! I love that you felt that way. It was more or less the idea. The place is rather empty buand the characters steal the show! Thank you for playing!

Well, this was a pleasant surprise. I’m just here by accident and it was a happy accident after all.

Please make more games! :)

Thank you! <3

I probably will...

i love your sprites so much! the style is so expressive and cool! love the future/past mechanic a lot! looks so cool too! the end caught me off guard, the journey was rly nice <3

Awwww, thank you so much! It took a lot of time to put them all on the game but was worth it. I played your game as well! I really liked the style!

oh thats a mood haha trust me i know all abt copying sprites/tiles bit by bit into bitsy.. truly image to bitsy was the greatest creation (also rgbitsy(?) is rly good too! lets u have up to 16 colours but is trickier to use, i wrote a devlog abt my attempt when making my spoon bitsy game)

also yes definetely worth it!! they are super expressive and wonderful!

aw thanks for playing my game! im glad u enjoyed it! <3

Grammar/Typo

When the main character says "At least i know what I'm." it says I'm, and not I am.

Hi! Thank you for letting me know!

Fun game! Made me think a bit. I just love this style of games. So, good job.

By the way, playtime was roughly 11 minutes for me

Note: This video is not public yet but it will tomorrow

Hello Joey! You made me smile so hard!

I'm going to see your video right now. The fact that someone would play my game and feel it was good enough to make gameplay and post it surprised me...

Thank you for playing!

Yeah it was fun to play and it seemed really interesting so of course i had to play and record it :D
